Frequently asked questions

How do I record an activity?

Tap the Record tab at the bottom of the screen, select your activity type and tap Start.

How do I follow other athletes?

Tap the Explore tab and search for athletes by name or username.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Edit Profile → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the login screen tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email to receive a reset code.

The app is not tracking my GPS correctly.

Make sure location permissions are set to "Always Allow" in your iPhone Settings → PaceMap → Location.
